The Baltic and the Black Sea cities cooperation project

Invitation to the project "Between Baltic Sea and the Black Sea: The cities as engines of interregional cooperation"

The city of Gdańsk together with the WiseEUROPA, a Polish private think tank from Warsaw, invite to the project of cooperation between the Baltic and the Black Sea cities.

"It is the first ever project dedicated to strengthening cooperation between the cities located on the Baltic Sea, Black Sea and on the land routes stretching between both seas", Paweł Adamowicz, Mayor of Gdańsk, says. "We would like to focus particularly on the cooperation in such fields as culture, historical heritage, energy, environment, economy, civic society and local self-administration".

The outline of project was officially presented by WiseEUROPA representative Adam Balcer during the most recent meeting of the Executive Board Meeting of the Union of the Baltic Cities in Stockholm (10 November).
