Special Olympics is the biggest sports movement worldwide for people with mental and multiple disabilities that is officially approved by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). From May 14th until May 18th 2018 there are more than 4.000 athletes competing in numerous sporty competitions in Kiel. They are going to bring emotions, excitement and vitality to Kiel and the surroundings. The competitions include 19 disciplines as well as the possibility to act free from competition. There is no entrance fee at the sports facilities.
