The organisers of Kaunas – European Capital of Culture 2022 decided to move online the Annual Forum of the European Capital of Culture, together with the Creative Europe Desk in Lithuania.

The virtual event will initiate a discussion on cultural innovations and the future bringing together European artists, cultural creators, private and public sectors. What is the role of culture in a crisis situation? Will the habits of our taking part im culture change, if so, how? How should cultural and artistic creators prepare for challenges of the future? These and other questions are posed by the third European Capital of Culture Forum 2020.
