A. Kivirähk, comedy “Little Secrets”
Anna has lived an adventurous and free-spirited life in Europe at the beginning of the 20th century and now returns to her homely and sleepy Pärnu. While Anna is infected with the revolution bug abroad and wants to dedicate herself to improving the world, her former friends living in Pärnu seem like role models of the petty bourgeoisie, whose days seem to be filled only with lounging, sleeping, sitting in cafes and taking care of children.
But it soon turns out that these women actually just have a different method of improving the world, and that method is quite unusual. Anyway, Anna, suddenly in trouble, finds help precisely thanks to domestic “means”. And learns to use them successfully.
Andrus Kivirähk has written the play with these actors in mind.
