Elva Municipality is a part of the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 and we are approaching an important milestone! With only a few weeks left until the grand opening in 2024, European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024 is revealing the entire title year programme with a big open air event on 19 October. The evening will explore the boundaries of people, technology and culture and will look to the future. Tartu 2024 will present the programme using AI technology. Beloved Estonian musicians and many surprise acts will perform new creations made for the event.
