An event that Elbląg has been waiting for for a long time. A real opportunity to hear the Piano Concerto No. 1 in E minor, Op. 11 by Fryderyk Chopin performed by an international artist from South Korea – Jungwon Jin.

Jungwon Jin is a professor of music and director of the piano department at Santa Ana College. The pianist is the winner of many awards and a finalist of music competitions, and her recordings are famous for their extraordinary precision and incredible performance control. The choice of Chopin’s work was not accidental. Jungwon Jin made her debut with it at the age of 12 with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, which was the opening of her international career.

The soloist and the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra will be conducted by maestro Jan Miłosz Zarzycki. The repertoire will also include: Edward Elgar’s beautiful Serenade for string orchestra.
