At least six people were killed and several wounded in Russian missile attack on Kherson. The strike occurred when people gathered around marketplace and payed tribute to the fallen soldiers. The 1st of October is ‘Defenders Day’, a celebration held annually in honour of Ukrainian armed forces.
In Zaporizhzhya, Russia attacked apartment buildings and infrastructure with glide bombs, killing at least one person and wounding twenty one.
