The Nordic Sound invites you to stimulating, communicative cultural experiences. Music, stage art, exhibitions, readings, films, children’s programmes and lectures from the five Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Estonia reflect the broad horizons and exciting inspirations of a modern, cosmopolitan North. Each year, one of these countries takes over the patronage of the Nordic Sound. Contributions from the other countries bordering the Baltic Sea occasionally complement the programme.
