On May 2, 2026, an Integration Family Festival will be held in Sejny to celebrate Polish Flag Day. The event is open to residents of the city and surrounding areas. The celebrations will begin at 3:00 PM at the Żwirki i Wigury Mound, on the meadows adjacent to the Borderlands Museum of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The ceremonial raising of the National Flag – the focal point of the event, emphasizing the significance of the national colors as a symbol of unity and identity – is planned there.
