In a culvert under Skeppsbrogatan in Luleå there is a large collection of graffiti paintings that have been preserved for over 30 years. The paintings were made in connection with the culvert becoming the entrance to Club Modesty, a new place for young people in the former Spegeln cinema in the Shopping department store.
