Camps for children from frontline regions in Ukraine

As a member of European Alliance of cities and regions for the reconstruction of Ukraine UBC would like to share the information regarding youth camps received from Association of Invincible Communities.

Association of Invincible Communities (AIC) represents the local territorial communities of 4 frontline regions of Ukraine : Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. AIC is looking for the partners who could host summer camps for one of the most vulnerable groups of people – children who live in the frontline regions. These kids live under daily russian bombardment, without electricity, water, connection most of the day. They need a psychological break and a summer camp abroad would be very valuable in this situation.

The association is also open for other cooperations, including a need for equipment to help the cities with the difficult energy situation, such as generators, EcoFlows, powerbanks.

Partners willing to host the camps and invite the children are kindly asked to contact Ms Daria Malevka – Representative of the Association of Invincible Communities (AIC) in the CoR and Brussels using this e-mail address: mail@ang.org.ua
