Kata Tüttő, President of the European Committee of the Regions, in response to the letter from Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, has issued a call to help Ukrainian communities. The call is issued in relation to the continuing Russian attacks on Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure, despite harsh winter conditions. Interested parties are invited to further extend their support to Ukraine. The attached documents include detailed contact instructions on how to make help efforts more efficient.
