EUSBSR Annual Forum Registration opens on 11 March

The 17th EUSBSR Annual Forum 2026 – Resilience Edition will be held in Tallinn on 12–13 May 2026.

The Forum will be hosted by the City of Tallinn, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Council of the Baltic Sea States.

The  Forum will bring together governments, cities, visionaries, policymakers, researchers, and civil society leaders with a shared mission: to jointly address the region’s most pressing challenges through stronger cross-sectoral cooperation, smarter coordination, and bold innovation.

By connecting climate, environmental health, economic security, and societal preparedness, the Forum will explore a whole-of-governance approach focused on four interlinked challenges:

– Security & Geopolitical Uncertainties.

– Demographic Shifts & Regional Competitiveness.

– Climate Change & Environment of the Baltic Sea.

–  Governance, Implementation Gaps, & Financing.

Registration opens on 11 March 2026.

Participation is limited, with seats allocated on a first come, first served basis.
