The Young and Film Festival is the oldest festival in Poland to feature only debuts. The Young and Film Festival is not only three competitions: Full-length Feature Debuts, Full-length Documentary Debuts and Short Film Debuts, but also out-of-competition screenings in the sections: Foreign Debuts, In the Long Run. Retrospectives, or screenings of films by jurors, as well as special screenings, but also meetings Honesty for Honesty with the teams of competition films, industry meetings for festival participants, or the festival club, where concerts are held during the festival, and author Maciej Buchwald’s meetings under the slogan ‘Zawód:aktor.’, during which he informally and unpredictably quizzes actors and actresses.
