Still with Ziedonis in his heart, soul and head, freelancer Andris Bērziņš wants to show his respect and persistent love for the creative work of the genius Raimonds Pauls and Jānis Peters, Imants Ziedonis, Imants Kalniņš in the program “Sunday Evening”.

“It is created as a mirror of my work, in which the songs close to my soul are selected. This program does not require any comments, because it concentrates compositions that have proven themselves in time and space. The concert will feature my hits, including 11 pieces by Raimonds Pauls, which Maestro has presented to me – I am very happy about it. A sacred evening is a moment where you can meet people who respect you and love you” says Andris Bērziņš before the upcoming concerts. The artist will perform together with the accompanying musicians – pianist Anatolijs Livčs and the permitorists Mareks Logins “Svētvakars”, “Mēmā dziesma”, “Dzeguze balss”, “Spoka dziesma”, “Gampulks”, “Rudens ogle”, “I will sit on the roof tonight”, etc. The concert will be complemented by Imants Ziedonis’ epiphany and Jānis Peters’ poetry “I Love You”, which will be heard as a special tribute to all women of Latvia.
