Contemporary circus festival MOOOVE in Cēsis – international program free for everyone!
On August 1, the international contemporary circus and street art festival MOOOVE will take place in Cēsis, offering a wide range of art experience on the streets of the city and in the courtyard of the Art Space in the courtyard of the MALA and indoors at Lenču iela 11. The aim of the festival is to develop contemporary circus culture in Latvia, as well as to promote a sense of togetherness and belonging by addressing different groups of society with the universal circus language.
