Cultural Cities Commission together with Safe Cities Commission will hold a joint meeting in Espoo, 19-21 March 2025.

The meeting will focus on Safety and Public Events: Peer Learning and Exchange of Best Practices Between Cities. Themes of the meeting include: Small-Scale Events, The organizer’s role in Safer events, Safety issues for Event Organizers, Different aspect on Safety, Arts and Culture. There’s an opportunity to sign up for a short presentation slot and share best practices from your city. Presentations can cover topics such as safety in small-scale events, safety instructions, etc.
