Haapsalu Horror and Fantasy Film Festival (HÕFF) is a marathon of genre films conquering the mud capital of Estonia. With international film guests and exciting fun throughout the city, HÕFF, which takes place at the end of April, has become the highlight of the spring season for film fans looking for intense cinema experiences.
