Aarhus International Sailing Center is proud to host the ILCA 4 & 6 World Championships from 1st to 19th August 2026!

Aarhus and the sailing clubs around the Bay of Aarhus have a long tradition of delivering international, world-class events. The Olympic classes have a particularly strong connection to the city, and the coastline around Aarhus Ø has become a central hub for top-level dinghy sailing.

Competitors at the ILCA 4 & 6 World Championships 2026 can look forward to a city-close venue offering state-of-the-art facilities right on the waterfront: a spacious boat park, excellent launching via the 60-meter slipway, modern changing facilities, and everything placed just steps from the race areas.
