One of the most prestigious conducting competitions in Europe, The Jorma Panula International Conducting Competition will be held for the ninth time in Vaasa on 4-8 September 2024. Over 150 applicants from all over Europe have applied for the competition, which is held over four days. 20 contestants have been selected by a video jury led by conducting legend Maestro Jorma Panula.
