Los Jancovers. Colombians who sing Ukrainian songs
The band “Los Jancovers” has gained wide popularity in social networks, collecting tens of millions of views. Recognition to the artists brought videos in the format of chat roulette, where they perform Ukrainian songs for foreigners from all over the world, as well as videos from street performances in different countries, where Janko sings Ukrainian songs for random passers-by. In total, Janko together with the band sang more than 50 traditional Ukrainian songs, which became the basis of their repertoire and recognizable style. This format attracted significant international attention and contributed to the popularization of Ukrainian music outside Ukraine.
