The Zbigniew Herbert Regional Cultural Center in Kołobrzeg invites bands from across Poland to participate in the National Rock Music Competition “RoCK Festival.” The competition is open to bands performing rock music and its subgenres. Its goals are to popularize rock music, support artistic creativity, promote original musical projects, and integrate creative communities.
