On February 4 at 18.00 Valmiera Culture Center will host the self-employed people’s festival “Hand in hand”. All self-employed artistic collectives will participate in the holiday concert, while from February 2 to 28, an exhibition of the works of the People’s Performing Arts Studio and the People’s Applied Art Studio “Valmiera” will be on display in the foyer of the Valmiera Culture Center.
