The competition will take place on November 11, 2023 , at the Elva Cultural Center (Kesk 30, Elva).

Children and young people aged 7-19 who are engaged in singing in the city and county of Tartu can participate in the competition.

The singer’s age is determined on the day of the competition. Singers compete in the following age groups: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-19 years old.
