The Backwards is the world’s leading band, recreating the complete work of The Beatles—from Beatlemania to the elaborate arrangements from their latest albums (Sgt. Pepper, Abbey Road, Let It Be), which even The Beatles themselves never performed publicly. The band was formed in 1996 in Košice, Slovakia. To date, The Backwards have played over 3,000 enthusiastically received concerts in Europe (France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia) and the United States (concerts in 24 states), appearing on television, radio, and in theater productions. Their musical show, “Beatles Legends,” was so popular in Prague, Czech Republic, that it ran for a year.
