The play “The Girl Who Was Feared by God” returns to the stage of Jonava!
The plot of the play travels as a dotted during different periods of Lithuanian history: the interwar period, the Soviet times and today. Writer Gintaras Grajauskas used the history of the founder of Lithuanian military aviation Antanas Gustaitis in the play. The main heroine is Mary, who tells about her life, in which reality and dream, memories and reality, the figure of Antanas Gustaitis emerges, and the charispy life of “new Lithuanians”. What is really happening? Criticism of the Consumer Society? Playing of reality reflections? Fantasmagoria flow or inner drama of an unhappy married woman? It’s all together, and that’s more.
