The time of the White Lady has been one of the most important events of the summer in Haapsalu for three decades. On the weekend closest to the full moon in August, the Haapsalu promenade turns into a buzzing fairground, a colorful cultural program lasts from morning to night, and when darkness falls, open-air performances of the White Lady are played in the bishop’s castle.
