On Monday evening, the Russians attacked the UBC Associated Member Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine. At least nine people died in the attack, including deputy head of the Main Directorate of the State Ambulance Service in the Donetsk region. At least 80 are injured, including 19 policemen. The missiles hit residential buildings.
UBC member cities convey their deepest condolences to the families of the victims of this inhuman assault.
