The Swedish Institute (SI) will open calls in early spring 2026, including a new project funding programme supporting cooperation in the Baltic Sea region and the EU Eastern Partnership.
The programme will support cooperation aligned with the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, including strengthening networks, fostering knowledge exchange, and addressing shared challenges linked to the Strategy’s Action Plan. It will be possible to apply for two types of grants; to initiate cooperation and to further deepen and develop cooperation.
