Partner search for the Erasmus+ ICT Literacy project

The consortium of the Erasmus+ ICT Literacy project is looking for partners among the municipalities from the Baltic Sea Region to submit an application.

The project aims at tackling the digital literacy gap of “digitally excluded” group largely made up of people aged 45-74, with low incomes, the unemployed and the less educated. A significant part of this group resides in rural areas where digital technology infrastructure and access to it is restricted.

The project activites are to contribute to more digitally included communities with equal opportunities and access for every citizen. Increasing the competences and IT skills of vulnerable groups, enhancing the knowledge of 50 adult learning educators and VET providers, developing sustainable digital tools and e-services for supporting ICT literacy in rural areas are among the expected benefits for the municipalities.

The project duration is 36 months.

If your municipality is interested in joining and co-creating the project, please contact Antonis Polydorou, polydorouantonis@gmail.com as soon as possible.
The deadline for applications in on 23 April 2020.
