After the great success of the first edition, Kołobrzeg once again invites you to the I Sea You Festival, a unique event dedicated to maritime culture! The second edition will take place on July 4-6, 2025, once again bringing together sea enthusiasts, artists, and tradition lovers in a unique celebration filled with inspiring content and unforgettable experiences.
The festival is a recurring event and was created as part of Kołobrzeg’s efforts to secure the title of European Capital of Culture. We reached the finals, and in 2028, Kołobrzeg will become the Polish Capital of Culture. This year, we can invite your representatives as observers, and next year, as participants.
The festival is an extraordinary journey through music, literature, film, and discussions about maritime culture. Participants will have the opportunity to attend literary panels, concerts, film screenings, and inspiring debates dedicated to both the history and the future of coastal communities and their culture. This event attracts artists, writers, filmmakers, and experts who share their experiences and passion for the sea. We want the I Sea You Festival to become a space for international cooperation and the exchange of experiences. We invite international partners to actively participate and support our projects so that together, we can build bridges between coastal cultures and communities. The support of international partners will contribute to the festival’s global recognition, enabling further growth and opening up new opportunities for collaboration and inspiring artistic initiatives.
One of our dreams is to host meetings with Scandinavian crime fiction authors, whose works are immensely popular in Poland. As part of our literary panel, we would love to create a special Scandinavian session featuring crime writers. Additionally, if you have any great music bands, they would also be very welcome!
