Dear UBC friends,
We have been invited to be a part of an Interreg application of the project “BSR-Resilience Culture” (BSR-RESCU). The description of the project is in attachment. Interested cities to be part of the project through the UBC are invited to participate. Budget-wise we should have freedom to work budgets for the participating municipalities, e.g., funding for a professional project manager etc.
So if your city would be interested to be part of the project, please let me know as soon as possible, but please no later than morning of the next Monday, April 15, 2024 by writing an e-mail to me – kaspars.varpins@liepaja.lv.
