The SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme is a programme that offers funding for cooperation in project form between the EU countries around the Baltic Sea and countries in the EU’s Eastern Partnership. In 2023, the Swedish Institute has a special call for project funding for the benefit of target groups in Ukraine.
This call for funding is a response to the present situation in Ukraine and the resulting need for extra support, cooperation, contact and expertise. There are many partnerships and networks in the Baltic Sea region that are in a position to initiate new, or build on existing, cooperation. Projects should help Ukrainian actors and target groups to strengthen their skills and thus create conditions for the future reconstruction of the country. The main applicant shall be a legal entity based in Sweden.
