Power generators, hosting of vulnerable groups, town twinning
The City of Vilnyansk located in the Ukrainian South-East is an associated member of the UBC. The city suffers from Russian attacks and needs more power generators.
Also there is a need for hosting more of the vulnerable people like children, women, seniors, for the (cold) season and because of intensified strikes targeting this specific area to prevent Ukraine from advancing towards Crimea.
The City of Vilnyansk would also like to have a sister city from the Baltic Sea Region.
