The 94th UBC Executive Board meeting was hosted by the cities of Elva and Tartu.
President Mantas Jurgutis opened the meeting. Priit Värv, Mayor of Elva, welcomed the participants and introduced the city.
The meeting focused on the preparations to the forthcoming XVIII UBC General Conference to be held in Słupsk / Dolina Charlotty, Poland, on 4-7 November 2025. The theme of the conference is “Reinforcing UBC Member Cities’ role in EU policymaking and participation in EU funded projects”. Secretary General Paweł Żaboklicki, presented programme of the conference including two plenary sessions, speakers, ten parallel workshops, study visits and the General Assembly.

The Board has accepted two Ukrainian cities Kolomyia and Myrove as UBC associated cities.
Representatives of UBC Commissions made presentations on current and planned activities.
Also the guide for cooperation with Ukrainian associated cities worked out by the UBC Task Force on Ukraine was presented by the Brussels Antenna.
Participants had also opportunity to take part in study tours in Elva and Tartu and visit the Estonian National Museum.
