Invitation to the final Sport4Values conference, 29 September 2020
If you are interested in urban sports such as BMX, skateboarding, scooter riding, inline skating and urban gym / street fit or more generally in youth work, sport and community development, urban and city planning; then this free online conference is for you!
The final Sport4Values conference brings an international line up of speakers including:
- WCMX professional Lily Rice from the UK
- Academic and seasoned skateboarder Chris Lawton from Skate Nottingham (UK)
- Development specialist Rhianon Bader will talk about her work at Skateistan (Canada and Germany) and;
- Roberts Klepis from Rave Park Latvia
They will share their experiences from how urban sports have transformed their lives, to how to use it for development and to reimagine cities and urban landscapes through to how to engage with municipalities.
This free online conference starts at 12.00 EEST and lasts for hours with a 30minute break halfway.
