Union of the Baltic Cities is one of the partners in the project Umbrella 2.0, aiming to make the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region more “user-friendly” for the local stakeholders.
One of the project outcomes is the attached Report: “Entry points” to EUSBSR Cooperation.
The experts conducted a series of 14 interviews with Coordinators of all Policy Areas of the Strategy.
The report includes, among others, assessment of current local stakeholders’ participation in the Strategy.
It presents Policy Areas and their activities focusing on local stakeholders and indicates several existing and potential in the future entry points that can help local stakeholders to access the Strategy and its benefits.
There are also recommendations for different levels of governance.
