»The Unlimited Edition« is a big band of young jazz musicians from all over Germany, dedicated to the work of Bob Florence. This year, a new program will be presented, consisting mainly of pieces from the album »Live at Concerts by the Sea«.

Bob Florence may be less well known to the broad German jazz audience, his big band, »The Limited Edition«, but was one of the most important ones of the US West Coast alongside bands like those of Woody Hermann and Stan Kenton and is an absolute insider tip for every big band fan. True to the model, a second baritone saxophone and a fifth trumpet are also added to the »Unlimited Edition« of the usual Horn Section of a Big Band.
