The Rock`n Roll Summer Circus event will take place on August 19, 2023 in Kemi’s LumiLinna area. The free event, which is open to everyone, will include an exhibition of recreational vehicles, a Cruising Around Kemi driving event, performances by the Loisto dance group and a Drive-in movie.
