Wooden TRIO (and a flute – it was on his way!) Lesson with the PHILHARMONIC

2026-03-23 8:00 am to 2026-03-24 5:00 pm
Duet, trio, quartet… etc. (and that was supposed to be a surprise). But first things first! The titular woodwind trio is comprised of three exceptional instruments of the symphony orchestra: oboe, bassoon, and clarinet – and we’ll try to focus your attention on them (unfortunately, the situation demands it). The reason: the flute and its complicated history. We’ll explain why it’s so closely aligned with the woodwind family (despite long ago deciding to be metallic and shiny) during the lesson. Spring will be at the Philharmonic Hall – the kind of spring from classical scores. We’ll take a springtime, musical walk in the forest with Peter and his Grandfather (from Prokofiev’s fairy tale, of course) and their friends: a bird, a duck, and a cat (we promise that this time the wolf will be good – at least until the last bar of the concert!).
