The UBC Representation Office in Brussels is now hosted by Out of the Box International (OTB).

The partnership between UBC and OTB offers the opportunity for more effective advocacy and lobbying of the UBC cities’ interests, increasing the visibility of UBC among European institutions, thus influencing EU policies, which impact local member cities’ authorities in the long term.

Concretely, UBC Antenna is responsible for:

• providing updates on relevant EU policies;
• improving visibility of UBC at the EU institutions;
• assisting in building strategic partnerships with key EU stakeholders;
• supporting UBC Secretariat in preparing project applications;

Also, a meeting room and working space within the co-working place of OTB is available to UBC staff and UBC Member Cities near EU institutions.
